Who runs this site
This website and store are operated by efca. Arts and Crafts, a small handmade studio based in Tacloban City, Leyte, Philippines. For any privacy-related question, write to [email protected].
What we collect
We only collect what you give us, when you give it to us:
- Order details — name, email or phone, shipping address, and any personalization notes you provide at checkout.
- Messages — anything you send us through the contact form, email, or Instagram DM.
- Basic site analytics — aggregated page views and device type. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
We do not store credit card or bank details. Payment happens off our site, through whichever method we agree on after we confirm your order.
How we use it
- To make and ship your order.
- To reply to your message or commission request.
- To let you know if a piece you asked about is back in stock.
- To improve the site (rough analytics only — never selling data).
Who we share it with
We share information only with the courier we use to ship your order (typically J&T Express or LBC) and our customer management API provider, which exists solely to store your order with us. We never sell, rent, or trade your information.
How long we keep it
Order and customer records are kept for up to five years for warranty, repair, and bookkeeping. Casual messages are kept while the conversation is active and deleted afterwards on request.
Your choices
- You can ask for a copy of the data we hold on you.
- You can ask us to correct or delete your customer record at any time — we'll do it within 7 days.
- You can opt out of any future marketing message with a single reply.

Cookies
We use essential cookies only — to remember your cart between visits and keep the site working. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Children
Our products are sold to adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to place the order on your behalf.

If we update this policy, we'll bump the date at the top and, for anything significant, mention it on the home page or in your order email. The current version is always at this URL.
