About efca.

  • What does efca. actually make?
    Hand-strung beaded bracelets, name charms, keychains, rings, and small personalized keepsakes — usually with someone's name, initials, or a date worked into the design.
  • Where is the studio?
    Everything is made in our home studio in Tacloban City, Leyte. There is no factory, no third-party fulfillment — just us at a table with seed beads, charms, and a kettle.
  • How long have you been doing this?
    Since 2018. What started as gifts for friends grew quietly through word-of-mouth, and we have made things slowly on purpose ever since.
  • Are pieces really one-of-one?
    Yes — every order is strung after you place it. Even if two people pick the same design, slight bead variation and the personalization make each piece unique.

Shopping & products

  • How are prices shown?
    All prices are in Philippine pesos (PHP), inclusive of materials and labor. Shipping is computed once we confirm your order and shipping address.
  • Will a piece be restocked?
    Most pieces are made-to-order, so stock is limited only by materials on hand. If a charm or bead is sold out, message us — we can usually tell you when the next batch lands.
  • Can I see what something looks like in another color?
    Yes. Drop us a note through the contact page with the piece you're eyeing — we'll send sample photos before you commit.
  • Do you offer gift packaging?
    Every order ships in a small display box or pouch with a hand-written note card. If it's a gift, leave the recipient's name in the order notes and we'll address the card to them.

Ordering & checkout

Orders, payment & shipping

  • How do I place an order?
    Add pieces to your cart, head to checkout, and tell us your name, shipping address, and any personalization details. We'll confirm by email or SMS and send a payment link.
  • When am I charged?
    Not at checkout. We confirm stock and personalization first, then invoice you. You're free to cancel any time before payment.
  • How long until my order ships?
    Most pieces take 3–5 working days to make, plus 2–5 days in transit within the Philippines via J&T or LBC.
  • Do you ship outside the Philippines?
    On request. Message us first with your country and the piece you want — we'll quote shipping before you place the order.
  • Can I track my order?
    Yes — once we hand it to the courier we'll send the tracking number to the email or phone on file. Your order page also reflects the current status.

Personalization

Custom orders & commissions

  • Can I order something not in the shop?
    Almost always. Send us a message describing what you have in mind (names, colours, vibes, deadline) and we'll come back with a sketch and a price within a day.
  • What names or characters can I personalize with?
    Latin letters and numbers are standard. Filipino names, nicknames, and short phrases are all fine. We can usually fit up to 12 characters per bracelet.
  • Do you do bulk orders for events?
    Yes — weddings, despedidas, birthday parties, debuts. Minimum 10 pieces, lead time 2–3 weeks depending on quantity.

Care & returns

Care, returns & guarantee

  • How do I take care of my piece?
    Keep it dry — remove before swimming, showering, or sleeping. Wipe gently with a soft cloth. Stored flat in its box, your piece will easily outlast a few years of daily wear.
  • What if my piece arrives damaged?
    Email us within 7 days with a photo. We'll repair or remake it on the house, no questions asked.
  • Can I return a personalized piece?
    Personalized pieces aren't returnable since we can't resell them, but we'll always remake or repair within a reasonable window if something feels off.

  • How fast do you reply?
    Within one working day, usually faster. We answer every message ourselves — you'll never get a templated reply.
  • Do you offer wholesale?
    Yes, for shops and resellers. Minimum 30 pieces, lead time 3–4 weeks. Mention your shop and city when you write in and we'll send the line sheet.
  • How do I reach you fastest?
